Product Owner Permanent

At Storyteq we’re looking for a Creative Product Owner who will help us solve the right problem for the right people at the right time. Preferably 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner of a Development Team and 2+ years of experience managing video/media-related products.

About the job

As our new Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and owning key future capabilities of our Creative Automation Platform. You will reach out to stakeholders, manage their expectations and prioritize the work that needs to be done.

You are a vital part of one of the scrum teams and play a key role in the product management team. The product management team consists of all product owners and is led by the Head of Product. Together with that team, we decide on the total product roadmap based on the overarching product strategy and vision.

Our platform is built on modern technologies like Vue.js, Node.js, and Laravel. You will join a highly skilled team of product owners, software developers and designers who enjoy a technical challenge and care about maximizing product value and user experience.

Your main responsibilities:

• Discuss future capabilities with stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers and developers to discover solutions for problems that our clients face
• Host product-focussed scrum events (sprint planning, -review and backlog grooming)
• Discuss product strategy with the product team
• Manage product backlog and roadmap
• Support client-facing teams with their inquiries
• Define and share product release notes
• Perform a functional review on features before they ship

About you

• Like solving complicated problems in a simple way
