• Geographic scope: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
• Offering a salary between €70.000 – €90.000 depending on experience
• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands
• Availability for 40 hours per week has our preference but 36 can be discussed

Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our IT team as a Application Engineer Dynamics 365 . We are a relatively new IT team that intends to make impact by providing inspiring and sustainable IT for our philanthropy colleagues and their partners. We support mobile working and collaborative and energized workplaces all over the globe. We advise customer areas on business processes and deliver fit-for-purpose and user friendly applications. While setting-up our new organization we secured stable IT support and implemented an innovative and secure Microsoft-based architecture.

The main responsibility for the Application Engineer D365 is maintaining and supporting Dynamics 365 for finance. This role includes providing IT expertise and advice in implementation projects as well as changing and configuring D365 in cooperation with IT suppliers, product owner and key-users. 

You will be working with a modern and challenging, cloud-only IT environment using the latest updates in technology.

• Main focus on Dynamics 365
• Build-Configure-Test
• Release management
• Environments management
• Product delivery management D365 Finance
• End-user training and tech support incl. knowledge management
• Technology support – Identifies and tests new tools and features, determine usefulness and advise on implementation
• Technology advice – Acts as IT expert in projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or equivalent relevant experience
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ relevant professional working experience as an IT engineer
• Experience with D365 and SaaS implementations incl. SSO 
• Relevant Microsoft 365 Finance and Windows certificates
• Knowledge of and experience with DevOps and with UX designing is a plus
• Experience in an international environment is a plus
• Experience in a start-up or transformation environment (improving service and capabilities, designing and implementing a service delivery model) is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self starter mentality
