As a Growth Hacker, you are playing one of the most important roles within our tech recruitment team. You will work closely with our experienced recruiters and create ways to get access to the best and most hidden talent pools. You will use your growth hacking mindset to source talent. As a team; we are building the best community of talent in certain IT domains and assure our clients to get access to them.

Tech Rise is a fast growing recruitment agency with a focus on clients in the tech industry. We offer them permanent employees or freelance talent for often difficult to fill jobs. Tech Rise has its headquarter in Amsterdam and also has offices in Spain, Kosovo and Singapore. We have the ambition to work more efficiently and more effectively, and your growth hacking, data driven and sourcing skill set will be a key driver in this ambition. 

What would you do

Search and identify the right talent pools through different online channels like LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow, Twitter, etc. By using and experimenting with various new tools you make community building scalable. Key is to engage with tech communities, create visibility and representation from Tech Rise among developers, scientists and just geeks (in the best meaning possible). 

This is what you like to do

• You are excited about finding hidden and untapped candidate pools. GitHub, Discord etc. are familiar platforms for you in which you can find hidden gems.
• You like experimenting with new tools and are able to connect the various tools together
• You like scraping, integrating and automating in general, but also like to share your findings to your colleagues 
• You love to be in the center of the fast evolving technology world 
• You are tech savvy and like to throw a light code from time to time to experiment with tools
• Learn something new every day about recruitment, IT and/or yourself
• Make people happy with a new job!

This is you

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Growth Hacking or Data Science
• You have experience in building talent pools in a scalable way
• You get experience with non-traditional sourcing tools and techniques
• You like to integrate the various tools into a working talent sourcing machine
• You are experienced with acquisition marketing strategies (social, search, content, email, etc.)
• You are familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization & A/B-testing
• You have excellent skills of data tracking & analytics
• You are a people’s person and can get along with our tech recruitment team (they are easy going)
• You know which meme to post in order for developers to crack a smile. 
• You are in it for the long run, Rome was not built in a day
• You speak fluent English and Dutch

How do I become a team member at Tech Rise?

You apply via the apply button or via david@techrise.nl. This is followed by an interview with the partners of this company. This will take place online and will cost you 1 hour of your time. After these “get to know you” meetings, we challenge you to present us a flowchart on how you believe we can build communities in a scalable way, and which tools are important to use. Afterwards you will receive your offer and we hope to welcome you back again ASAP in our office in Amsterdam!
