BI Developer Contract to Hire

As a BI Developer at our client, you will play a crucial role in shaping the crucial information products that contribute to decision-making at the highest level of the bank. You will work with a diverse team of data professionals to extract real value from digital client processes and market data, transforming them into actionable insights. By leveraging your experience and expertise, you will help increase commercial striking power, efficiency, and customer experience rating, and drive digitalization efforts. Joining the team of BI developers, BI translators, and Full Stack Developers, you will contribute to our client’s mission to provide exceptional financial services and support to its millions of customers across 40 countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop data pipelines using the Microsoft Azure BI stack, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and translators to design data models that align with business needs and objectives.
3. Develop self-service BI building blocks to empower users to create their own Power BI dashboards.
4. Work together with the team to devise innovative solutions for complex business issues.
5. Foster a culture of learning, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI developer.
3. Ability to tackle complex issues and find solutions.
4. Willingness to work with the latest BI tools and techniques and drive their adoption within the team.
5. Proficiency in Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and Spark Notebook.
6. Knowledge of modeling techniques such as Kimball and Data Vault.

Benefits:

1. Competitive salary up to €5400 gross per month based on a 36-hour work week.
2. An additional budget of 11% of your gross salary for personal use (e.g., extra holiday hours, pension savings, or payout).
