SimpledCard is a Fintech scale-up that helps more than 700 medium to large organizations with an innovative solution for business expenses. We are independent, entrepreneurial and open-minded. Our headquarters are centrally located in Amsterdam and we are expanding in Europe. Together with our units in Budapest, Munich and Belgrad, you will meet a savvy and sociable team of 40+ colleagues.
The role
As a Business analyst, you will be a key player in driving our core product and process automation. Together with the product owners, development team and UX designers, you will analyze requirements, data, and processes to identify opportunities and improvements to implement.
What you will do
• Collect inputs and ideas from various customers and data sources;
• Analyze technical specifications and, based on your discovery work, you write and refine user stories for the dev team;
• Work with our user researcher to gather feedback for future improvements;
• Define how to track data for a continuous feedback loop between stakeholders,
customers and the company;
You are
• Experience with agile/Scrum;
• Experience in finance or accounting is a big plus;
• You bring sharp analytical skills and have an interest in technical architecture;
• SQL knowledge
• You speak English fluently, speaking dutch or german is a plus;
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in finance or engineering;
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
