The role

As Resumedia continues to grow, they are now looking for an experienced Head of Operations & Growth to oversee the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures combined with developing a growth strategy that will drive the company forward on an international level. You will be the company’s second-in-command and responsible for the efficiency of the business.

The Head of Operations & Growth role is a key member of the team, working closely with the Founder and CEO. As a Head of Operations & Growth, you will drive the company’s operational excellence and growth initiatives. To be hands-on but also have a solid strategic sense are essential skills. In this role, there will be a lot of autonomy. You will be responsible for optimizing processes and systems, leading a cross-functional team, and developing and executing a growth strategy that drives the company forward.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the company
• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of growth initiatives
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities and trends
• Develop and implement best practices to optimize processes and systems, drive efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction
• Lead a cross-functional team and collaborate with key stakeholders to execute growth initiatives and drive (revenue) growth

Requirements

• Several years of experience in international operations and growth, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Experience in B2C SaaS
• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a related field
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Data-driven mindset and approach
• Experience in fundraising is a plus
