Your Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Foster employee engagement and professional development programs.
Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Monitor and report on HR performance metrics and analytics.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership roles.
What we expect from you:
Proven experience (5+ years) as a talent acquisition or in a similar recruitment role.
Direct experience with hiring for senior leadership roles.
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
