Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
• Lead talent acquisition and recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• Foster employee engagement and professional development programs.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Monitor and report on HR performance metrics and analytics.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership roles.

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a talent acquisition or in a similar recruitment role.
• Direct experience with hiring for senior leadership roles.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-backed decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
