Middle Office Analyst – Proprietary Trading Firm (Amsterdam)
A proprietary trading firm active in global markets is looking for a driven Middle Office Analyst to join their Amsterdam-based team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping trading operations running smoothly – reconciling trades, positions, and cash while working closely with traders, clearing firms, exchanges, and brokers. You’ll also handle various operational and administrative tasks such as KYC checks, payments, and onboarding new brokers and exchanges.
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile trades, positions, and cash across multiple products.
- Manage daily P&L reporting and fee reconciliations with exchanges and brokers.
- Handle invoices, payments, and broker relationships.
- Support traders and streamline day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with tech teams to enhance Middle Office tools and processes.
- Assist with KYC requests, onboarding, and other administrative tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Around 2+ years of experience in a middle or back-office role.
- Strong Excel, SQL skills
- Understanding of derivatives or trade settlement processes.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys improving workflows.
- Curious, adaptable, and comfortable communicating in English.
