Atradius is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As an Application Engineer, you will develop and implement user interfaces for our applications, ensuring high performance and code quality.

Department Description

IT Services are looking for a Network and Security Solutions Architect to join the team to design, implement and support all technical, quality and other aspects of organizational telecommunications across the organization. The position requires a deep understanding of both local and wide area network technologies and an in-depth knowledge of IP-based telecommunications and security solutions like firewalls, proxies and load balancers. The Solutions Architect needs to define, supervise and implement all the projects related to Network and Security throughout all the project phases.

In this position, your key responsibilities will be:

• Take charge, design and implement all networking and security projects.
• Define Network design standards and procedures
• Documentation and topology definition
• Oversight of all Project integrations 
• At least 5 years experience as a Senior Network Engineering/Network Architect. 
• Experience with Cisco Core Switches and Routers, SD Access and common routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP). 
• Operating knowledge of Cisco Meraki Dashboard. 
• Cisco CCNP Routing & Switching / Wireless certification is a plus 
• Knowledge and experience in configuring firewall rules. (Palo Alto preferably) 
• Thorough understanding of TCP/IP and LAN/WAN technologies
• Thorough understanding of network switching and routing 
• General knowledge in operating F5, Checkpoint, ZScaler and Palo Alto 
• At least 2-3 years experience in designing and deploying high-level IP Networking solutions. 
• Exposure to Cloud/Infrastructure (ideally Azure) 



Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and manage technical aspects with ISP’s and suppliers.
• Help define tools, templates and processes to ensure project objectives. 
• Document and design topologies of the deployed projects
• The position requires a C1 English level.
