Position Title: Quantitative Developer (C++ Trading Bots) – Russian Speaking

Location : Fully Remote (anywhere in the world)

We are looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Developer to enhance and develop C++-based trading bots. Fluency in Russian is required to collaborate with our international team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance C++ trading algorithms and infrastructure.
• Implement and refine trading strategies in collaboration with quantitative researchers and traders.
• Enhance execution speed and reduce latency in trading systems.
• Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and performance profiling of trading bots.
• Integrate real-time market data feeds and exchange APIs into the trading infrastructure.
• Collaborate with risk management and operations teams to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Stay up to date with advancements in algorithmic trading, financial markets, and C++ development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative development or algorithmic trading.
• Expert-level proficiency in C++ (C++17 or newer) and strong software engineering skills.
• Experience with low-latency systems, multi-threading, and high-performance computing.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with exchange connectivity, market data feeds, and FIX protocols.
• Experience working in Linux environments and scripting with Python or Bash.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling for trading strategies.
• Background in financial markets, derivatives, or market microstructure.
• Knowledge of GPU programming or FPGA acceleration for trading.
• Contributions to open-source C++ projects or competitive programming achievements.
