Position Overview:

As a Technology Recruitment Specialist at Tech Rise, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and recruiting top talent within the technology sector for our US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is motivated by financial rewards. You’ll receive specialized training in key areas of technology recruitment, enabling you to become an expert in the field while contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates for various technology roles in the US market.
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for identifying top talent in specialized areas of technology.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Continuously build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly recruitment targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to become a subject matter expert in technology recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field (technology recruitment experience is a plus).
• Highly motivated, driven by success, and eager to achieve financial rewards.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:

This position requires working hours from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working during these hours to accommodate the needs of our US-based clients.
