ABOUT THE ROLE 

Our client is looking for an ambitious Lead Red Team Engineer with solid prior experience to join them and work with their Red Team Analysts and Engineers in their mission of helping organisations understand how they could be compromised – in real-time. This is a role with both remote and Singapore-based options!

This is what you’ll be doing…

• You will have a leading role in designing, developing, and maintaining modules that will be used to continuously assess and break into highly protected organisations
• You will work closely with Red Team Analysts to design automation, automation architecture, and workflows to quickly identify and exploit potential weaknesses in clients’ systems
• If your dream is to speak at conferences and present your research to the world – they will support you to make it happen!

Our client is looking for someone who…

• Is familiar with the following technologies: Backend: Python, Go, FastAPI, Airflow | Database: MySQL, MongoDB | Message Queues: Kafka
• Has 2 or more years of experience in prototyping security tooling & modules in a fast-paced environment, creating workflows and automating processes and handling data stored in both relational and non-relational database management systems
• Is experienced in writing clean, testable code and is familiar with different testing strategies and with architecture patterns such as event-sourcing and CQRS

It’s a great extra if you…

• Have experience working with significant amounts of data and handling big data for security analysis
• Have experience in platform engineering work such as creating CI/CD pipelines and understanding of common deployment patterns
• Have worked in an Agile environment with a strong DevOps culture
