The Scrum Master plays a critical role in ensuring Agile principles are understood, applied, and continuously improved. Acting as a servant leader and coach, this role supports one or more Scrum teams in delivering value iteratively and predictably.

Beyond facilitating ceremonies, the Scrum Master removes impediments, fosters transparency, and helps build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

1. Facilitation & Agile Coaching

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements.
• Coach and mentor team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices.
• Promote self-organization, accountability, and ownership within Scrum teams.

2. Impediment Removal & Delivery Support

• Identify, manage, and remove impediments that impact delivery.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a healthy, well-prioritized backlog.
• Ensure transparency of progress, risks, and dependencies through Agile metrics and reporting.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Lead retrospectives and ensure actionable improvements are implemented.
• Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to organizational agility initiatives beyond the team level.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Facilitate effective communication between Scrum teams, Product Owners, and external stakeholders.
• Help manage expectations regarding scope, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Support alignment while protecting Agile values and team focus.

🎯 Required Experience & Skills

Essential:

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile principles and frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to proactively identify issues and drive resolution.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Desirable:

• Experience in technology-driven or industrial environments.
• Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks or organizational Agile transformations.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
