🚀 What you’ll do

1. Build & Evolve the Data Platform

• Design and implement scalable, future-proof data pipelines using modern cloud technologies.
• Develop end-to-end data flows supporting analytics, dashboards, and advanced data products.
• Enable a variety of use cases—from BI and predictive analytics to real-time data services.

2. Champion Data Quality & Security

• Lead data transformation efforts and embed quality, governance, and security best practices across all data assets.
• Continuously monitor, optimize, and document data flows for transparency and reliability.

3. Collaborate & Enable

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Support data product development and empower teams to make data-driven decisions.

4. Mentor & Innovate

• Coach junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture.
• Drive automation, CI/CD adoption, and explore new tools to continuously improve the data platform.

🎯 What you bring

• 6+ years of experience building modern data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
• Strong expertise in cloud-native data engineering (e.g., orchestration tools, lakehouse/lake storage, transformation frameworks).
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and (Py)Spark.
• Ability to design maintainable, scalable data models.
• Solid understanding of data governance, quality frameworks, and security principles.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Nice to have: ERP data experience, exposure to manufacturing environments, or mentoring experience.
