Full Stack Engineer | Hybrid capacity out of our Pristina office.

THE ROLE

You will build the energy intelligence layer of our platform: AI features that deliver customer value to large organizations with 250,000+ connections. Think of energy analyses, scenarios, and sustainability pathways—not a chatbot, but agentic features fully integrated into our SaaS landscape.

You work full-stack, from interface to data platform. You contribute to code, architectural choices, and engineering practices. And you work closely with Product to determine which AI features really matter.

What you are going to do

• Building paid AI features, from architecture to tool use, integrated into our SaaS platform
• Working on our data platform layer: Making 250,000+ connections usable for AI
• Building MCP and CLI tooling for the team and our agents
• Being a co-architect of the AI-native rebuild
• Use Product to determine which features deliver real customer value

Requirements

Bring this with you

• 3+ years of full-stack experience, strong on backend, affinity with frontend
• Experience with agentic AI development (agents, tool use) in a production environment
• Your daily work consists of working with AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Copilot.
• Strong experience with .NET/C#
• Knowledge of how to evaluate and monitor AI features in production (evals, tracing, fallback logic)
• English is a must, Dutch is a plus

Your first 90 days

Week 1–2

Immerse

You will get to know the energy domain, the platform, and the team. You will understand how our customers manage energy and where AI makes a difference.

Month 1

First AI feature

You build and launch a first AI feature that delivers immediate customer value.

Months 2–3

The AI layer

You are a co-owner of the AI layer. Multiple features are running; you set the standard for how we build AI natively.

SUCCESS AFTER 90 DAYS

AI is running in production that is yours and delivers direct value to customers. Colleagues come to you with how-to questions about agents and LLMs. You know exactly where your work makes a difference.
