Senior Informatica Developer – Freelance Interim / Freelance

Our Client is a global leader in credit insurance and trade credit management, dedicated to providing businesses with risk mitigation solutions that support their growth and success They are currently seeking a Senior Informatica Developer on a Freelance basis to join their dynamic team working on the Bonding – Data Migration project.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Informatica Developer, you will play a critical role in our ongoing Bonding – Data Migration project within a complex Informatica and Oracle environment. You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your extensive Informatica and database experience to drive the success of this high-stakes initiative. The duration of this project is approximately 6 month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your 5+ years of strong Informatica experience, particularly with Informatica 9.x – PowerCenter, to develop new and enhance existing functions, mappings, workflows, and mapplets in the current Informatica environment.
• Perform impact analysis and implement changes to ensure the smooth transition of data in the Data Migration project.
• Apply your 5+ years of robust database experience, focusing on Oracle SQL, to facilitate seamless data migration.
• Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in Unix shell scripting.
• Take charge of ETL design, solutions, and architecture to provide effective data migration solutions.
• Conduct thorough data analysis, backtracking from migrated data to source data, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
• Translate functional mappings into technical solutions that seamlessly integrate with the overall project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and business analysis professionals, to achieve project goals.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, especially in English (European level), to effectively convey technical and business information.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Oracle databases and schemas.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI and Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Insurance Domain is also desirable.
