To meet their goals and ambitions we are expanding and growing the team with some senior team members. We are seeking a technology manager with a credible track record of market impact, and, hands-on day-to-day experience in the field of experience design and digital craft disciplines.
What are the biggest priorities?
To scale and mature, our client needs a diverse pool of experienced digital manager’s that can evolve the team, develop the craft and nurture talent;
A need to increase market impact and establish a more robust and focused client facing capability, with the ability to convert opportunities into engagements and build and maintain client relationships for recurring work over time;
For existing clients, our client requires more experienced and mature ‘experience delivery’ experts that can lead engagements and oversee cross-functional.
What is expected of you?
Manage the digital technology capability and raise awareness across the firm and with clients
Oversee project teams across various client engagements, in all phases of (digital) SDLC
Mature and strengthen the digital technology capability by providing direction to the team, apply structure (our client currently has DevOps, Front-end, Python, and ‘other’ programming capability groupings), and ensuring a capability uplift across capability groups.
You are most likely a developer by trade, someone who has stayed close to the code but understands the delivery and business aspects.
Provide hands-on expertise across digital architecture and solution design. You know how to use and combine, for example, digital (marketing) technologies (eg. e-commerce, Digital Asset Management, Experience Platforms, CRM, AI and other emerging technologies).
Knowledge of how to create robust and scalable solutions, integrated with other enterprise systems. Deep expertise across DevOps & digital infrastructure, and a working knowledge across mobile, digital identity, and security.
Ability to lead and support a team of programmers across various projects, and knows how to enable a development team to be successful.
An effective communicator, with strong verbal and presentation skills.
A capability leader, you will innovate working practices, methods, and tools used and you will drive learning and development to progress the capabilities and qualities across our clients team
