Our client is looking for a motivated colleague who can quickly adapt to the role of the first point of contact for UNI-Support, think on their feet, and assist customers in their journey. This role primarily involves providing first-line technical and content support to customers via phone, several times a day. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the person providing Dutch support on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. You will answer a variety of questions related to digital surveying, posed by customers, partners, and colleagues.
In addition, you will prepare the GNSS receiver, the UNI-GR2, for shipment to both domestic and international destinations. This enables users to immediately engage in precise centimeter-level positioning, data storage, and cloud transmission. You will also assist with equipment repairs when needed. In summary, your role ensures that customers can carry out their tasks smoothly.
You do not need to have direct experience with GNSS receivers or similar equipment. Thanks to the user-friendly nature of the products and the knowledge available within the company, everyone can quickly get up to speed.
