Azure Cloud Engineer (Hybrid – Arnhem)

We’re supporting a respected client in finding a hands-on Azure Cloud Operations Engineer to join their Cloud Operations team.
This role offers broad exposure across Azure infrastructure, identity, security, and cloud operations in an international environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Azure infrastructure (VMs, App Services, Storage, SQL)
- Working with networking (VNets, Private Endpoints, NSGs, Load Balancers, WAF, Front Door)
- Managing identity and access (Entra ID, RBAC, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access)
- Supporting Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint compliance
- Monitoring systems and responding to alerts via Azure Monitor / Log Analytics
- Contributing to security & compliance (ISO27001 / SOC2, vulnerability tracking, remediation support)
- Assisting with SaaS and environment provisioning
- Supporting automation using PowerShell or scripting tools
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (admin/ops/support level)
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure fundamentals (networking, compute, identity)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 / Entra ID / Intune is a plus
- Interest in cloud security, compliance, and operational stability
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash or Python a plus)
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and willingness to learn
