Sales Executive Managed Services

As a Sales Executive Managed Services, you are responsible for actively selling the Managed Services portfolio to both existing and new clients. You are the commercial point of contact for organizations that want to outsource their IT management, application management, and development to a reliable partner. You combine strong commercial instincts with substantive knowledge of IT services and build long-term customer relationships.

What You Will Do

New Business Development

• Proactively identify and approach potential clients for Managed Services solutions, including functional and technical application management, hosting, monitoring, and support on SAP and related solutions.

Account Management

• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and cross-selling Managed Services contracts.

Consultative Selling

• Understand clients’ IT management needs and translate them into suitable Managed Services solutions.

Proposal Management

• Prepare and present compelling proposals and business cases in collaboration with Service Delivery Management, Delivery, and Account Management teams.

Pipeline Management

• Actively manage the sales funnel from lead generation through contract signing, ensuring accurate forecasting.

Market Analysis

• Identify trends and opportunities within the Managed Services and IT outsourcing market, particularly in the midmarket segment and relevant industries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues across Managed Services, Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within IT Services, Managed Services, or IT Outsourcing.
• Fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are mandatory.
• Proven track record selling recurring or contract-based services such as SLAs, managed service agreements, or subscription-based offerings.
• Knowledge of SAP environments and related solutions in areas such as AI, Customer Experience (CX), Low-Code, and Hosting is highly advantageous.
• Understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of midmarket organizations.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to clearly articulate and position complex service offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Existing network within manufacturing, wholesale, or retail sectors across the Benelux region.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management.
