This is a C++ position.

As a Senior Developer at their Prop Trading Firm, your role is vital in defining their trading technology. This position requires technical prowess, strategic insight, and leadership, involving complex system development, technology optimization, and mentorship.

REQUIRED: PREVIOUS SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE AT HFT TRADING FIRM
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of advanced trading systems.
- Enhance and scale their technology across markets.
- Work closely with traders to translate needs into solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and advocate for continuous learning.
- Stay updated with industry trends to keep their technology at the forefront.
Ideal Candidate:
- 4+ years of experience in software development in high-frequency trading.
- Skilled in C++ (17/20/23), Python, Linux.
- A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- A resilient leader who thrives in dynamic environments.
Important:
- This is a C++ position.
- You MUST have experience at an HFT shop.
- You MUST have 3 years at a single firm.
