The Team: Project & Process Unit (PPU)
Our PPU department is at the heart of Atradius’ transformation. We partner across the business to drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver impactful change. The team brings together experts in project management, product ownership, business analysis, and enterprise architecture. We are now looking for a Senior Process Designer to join our Process Design & Business Enterprise Architecture team.
Your Mission:
As a Senior Process Designer, you will lead the design and improvement of business processes using LEAN methodologies and modern technologies. You’ll drive change by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and implementing improvements that make a measurable difference across the company.
What You Will Do:
✔️ Analyze and map existing processes (BPMN 2.0), identifying improvement areas.
✔️ Design, implement, and optimize processes using LEAN principles and metrics (KPIs).
✔️ Drive the adoption of innovative process design methods and technologies.
✔️ Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful implementation.
✔️ Prepare business cases and advisory reports with clear cost-benefit analyses.
✔️ Mentor and train junior process designers and business stakeholders.
✔️ Manage autonomous assignments and lead or support key transformation projects.
What You Bring:
✅ A degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
✅ Strong expertise in business process design and continuous improvement.
✅ LEAN certification (advanced preferred).
✅ Hands-on experience with innovative working methods and technologies.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ Proactive, curious mindset and a passion for driving change.
