We’re currently looking for a Senior Process Designer to join our Project and Process Unit (PPU) — a team at the heart of our transformation journey. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Process Designer, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency across Atradius by:

• Leading end-to-end process design and improvement initiatives
• Applying LEAN principles to identify inefficiencies and boost effectiveness
• Integrating RPA and machine learning technologies where applicable
• Collaborating with Business Enterprise Architects to evolve the operating model
• Managing autonomous improvement projects and advising key stakeholders

🧠 What You Bring

• A degree in Business, Management or a related field
• Proven experience in process design and transformation
• LEAN certification (Black Belt preferred)
• Familiarity with RPA and AI/ML-driven automation
• A collaborative, analytical mindset with strong stakeholder skills

Nice to have:

• Advanced certification in process improvement methodologies
• Experience working in international, matrixed environments
