We’re currently looking for a Senior Process Designer to join our Project and Process Unit (PPU) — a team at the heart of our transformation journey. 🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Process Designer, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency across Atradius by:
- Leading end-to-end process design and improvement initiatives
- Applying LEAN principles to identify inefficiencies and boost effectiveness
- Integrating RPA and machine learning technologies where applicable
- Collaborating with Business Enterprise Architects to evolve the operating model
- Managing autonomous improvement projects and advising key stakeholders
🧠 What You Bring
- A degree in Business, Management or a related field
- Proven experience in process design and transformation
- LEAN certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Familiarity with RPA and AI/ML-driven automation
- A collaborative, analytical mindset with strong stakeholder skills
Nice to have:
- Advanced certification in process improvement methodologies
- Experience working in international, matrixed environments
