Senior Frontend Engineer Permanent

What you’ll be doing 

Your role as a developer is to create beautiful and seamless front-end features for our clients career guidance solution using React and TypeScript. Ensure personalized guidance for all job seekers and collaborate with other engineers for code reviews and integration with our clients backend and DevOps infrastructure. You will also learn about our client AI-powered matching technology for job seekers.

• Our client uses a salary benchmark for the Dutch high-tech sector to set your salary based on your experience. They expect that the annual gross salary for the experience they are looking for ranges from 70k-85k Euro per year;

Requirements for this role 

• You are excited about our social mission to empower everyone to have a pathway to employment
• You have 7+ years of experience in front-end development, with extensive knowledge in TypeScript, React (version 18+ with hooks), PWAs, Material UI and other libraries in the React ecosystem (emotion, jest, redux, swr).
• You have a learning mindset and bring the drive and curiosity to tackle new coding challenges
• You work collaboratively in an engineering team and are empathic towards our end-users

You are extra awesome if you have experience leading a team of software engineers; speak and read Arabic and have some experience of Ruby and rails, Storybook, animation frameworks, bundlers, service workers, Web API’s or Google Cloud.
